Bullish retail figures in July appear to signal that the economic turn the United States has been waiting for has begun. The federal reserve is still issuing caution and is leaving the overnight bank lending rate at 1% due to mixed labor numbers and worries about the stability of the U.S. bond market. Several other positive indicators and a better performing stock market have let many analysts to speculate that the U.S. economy is finally turning a corner.
